My Top 12 Images From 2016
This year my best images came as a result of my recent travels. These included Paris, Palm Springs, and Southern Italy. I had no major projects this year.
Paris
Our trip to Paris was mostly about the family with which we traveled. This is especially obvious as seen in the image below.

Joshua Tree
The next two are typical desert scenes with local vegetation from Joshua Tree National Park.
Southern Italy
The next five images were taken throughout Southern Italy. A grotto diver.

The last two are from a local annual balloon festival.

Jerry, You have a very agile eye. I often think of your work that was featured in LensWork from Spain, I believe. And I think of you as having mastered structure. Yet, your people images are very free form and compelling. And you capture that special moment in life — much different technique that photographing stationary objects. The juggler makes my day! All of your images make me want to be there!
