Lakes Of South Tyrol

I am not a fan of mountain driving. Therefore, we booked two days of photo touring with a private guide, Paolo Gelmo, of Oiden Tour. Paolo did a great job of helping me create a custom itinerary for photo stops. I told him I wanted lakes with the mountains, reflections. I also wanted to get close to the iconic Tre Cime di Lavaredo in order to photograph it at sunset. Boy, did he deliver! He was very knowledgeable of each location, the hiking trails, and where the light would be just right! If you ever need a photo guide, or just an area guide in general, I highly recommend him!

Here was a little chapel just outside of the park.
