Styx And Stones, Statement
In Greek mythology, Styx is a river that forms the boundary between Earth and the Underworld. The word styx literally means “shuddering” and expresses loathing of death. This is simply a mythologically inspired series that combines cavern images from three locations around the world: Drach Caves, Mallorca, Spain, and the Jenolan Caves, New South Wales, Australia, and finally Howe Caverns, NY, USA.
